Jean-Christophe Sibel

Jean-Christophe Sibel received the Master degree in Signal Processing and Telecommunications from the University of Cergy-Pontoise, France, in 2009 and the PhD degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Cergy-Pontoise, France, in 2013. From 2013 to 2014 he worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the IETR in Rennes, France, within the OptisaT2 project in the context of LDPC decoding for DVB-S2 systems. From 2014 to 2015 he worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the CITIlab in Lyon, France, within the SMACS project in the context of distributed algorithms for dynamic wireless sensor networks. Since 2015, he has been a permanent researcher at Mitsubishi Electric Research Centre of Europe in Rennes, France, involved in the 5G standardization. His current research interests include 5G related topics as waveforms, phase noise, channel modeling and transmit diversity schemes.
