We address the problem of compilation for dedicated SoCs in the domain of signal processing. Today a lot of dedicated SoCs are programmed in assembly language. We propose to tackle this problem with a new compilation chain starting from an extension of the data flow formalism called schedulable parametric data flow. The originality of this work lies in the family of platforms targeted as well as in the use of an elaboration phase to build the data flow graph. Moreover, new analyses are introduced to support target-specific distributed memory and control. The compilation of a 3GPP LTE-Advanced application on a heterogeneous SoC dedicated to software defined radio is used to demonstrate the validity of our approach.
